After the loss of my mother, a friend suggested I attend the Healing Hearts class at CHM. I needed to figure out how to “Do Hard Well” because all I wanted to do was cry. Understanding how to grieve Biblically is how we start to heal. By understanding all my emotions are ok and to remember God is with me each step of the healing journey. My grief didn’t disappear, but my ability to process and understand my emotions have definitely gotten better.
