Abundant Spiritual Blessings

Spiritual blessings, what are they and do we see and appreciate them?

Spiritual blessings come in many forms, some inspire courage, others gratitude and others bring peace.  These blessings can shift your focus, instead of thinking about what’s wrong, you begin noticing what’s right. 

Do you see the blessings God gives you?  You have to be intentional when looking for them, some of these blessings are so easy to see and others are subtle but God blesses us daily and in so many ways.

Ephesians 1:3  “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.” NIV

Are you aware of the blessings God gives us? Do you thank God for them? A grateful heart brings endless blessings. we become still before the Lord our spirit is filled with deep gratitude.

Psalm 34:8  “Taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him.” NIV

I think in order to see and experience blessings you have to be intentionally seeking God and His goodness.  You have to be in His word.  You have to build your relationship with Him. A thankful heart is so important in order to grow spiritually.   Our gratitude shapes us and strengthens our spirit.

Psalm 145:21  “My mouth is filled with Gods praise.  Let everything living bless Him; bless His Holy Name from now to eternity.” The Message

I think of spiritual blessings as little sparks of light that lift the heart and sooth the mind, they touch our hearts and strengthen our soul.

 Psalm 84:12  “O Lord Almighty, blessed is the man who trust in you.” NIV

Remember always to bless someone as God has blessed you.  Let kindness be a blessing you give the world.

Lean into Him and hear His voice guiding you.  He is there waiting for you.
